By accessing or using Talent Agent (“the platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.
As of June 2026, the candidate experience is live. The recruiter-side platform - marketplace matching, recruiter outreach, and the application pipeline - launches soon. Provisions below that apply specifically to recruiters and organizations take effect when that side of the platform is enabled for those accounts.
These terms apply to all users, including candidates, recruiters, and platform administrators.
You must create an account to use Talent Agent. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Two-factor authentication is available from account settings and we recommend enabling it.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep that information up to date. You may not create an account on behalf of someone else without their authorization.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Talent Agent. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You agree to use Talent Agent for its intended purpose - building and sharing your professional profile, using AI career tools, and (when available) connecting with employment opportunities through structured evaluation. You agree not to:
Candidates are responsible for the accuracy of their profile and any information they provide. AI tools on the platform - Career Intelligence reads, the Resume Builder, Cover Letters, and your assistant - are advisory and grounded in the profile you provide; misleading or inaccurate profile content will produce misleading outputs.
When you create a private Talent Passport share link, you are responsible for who you give that link to and how it is used. Talent Agent provides the technical controls (section scoping, masking, expiration, revocation) but cannot prevent a recipient from forwarding, screenshotting, or otherwise re-sharing what they see.
When the recruiter platform launches, recruiters will be responsible for the accuracy of job listings they post - including role requirements, compensation information, and company details - and will agree to use candidate data only for the purposes of evaluating and hiring for roles posted on the platform.
Recruiters may not use Talent Agent to build candidate databases for purposes outside the platform, share candidate data with third parties, or use evaluation outputs in ways inconsistent with applicable employment law.
Talent Agent and all platform software, AI agents, evaluation logic, workflows, and proprietary systems are owned by Talent Agent and protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for its intended purpose.
You retain ownership of the content you submit to the platform, including your candidate profile, source documents, and any job listings you post. By submitting content, you grant Talent Agent a license to use, process, and display that content as necessary to operate the platform - including running it through third-party AI providers as described in our Privacy Policy.
Resumes, cover letters, and other documents you generate using platform tools are yours to use. Talent Agent does not claim ownership of the generated output, though the tools and templates that produced it remain platform property.
You may close your account at any time. Talent Agent reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm the platform or other users.
Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked and any active Talent Passport share links you created will be revoked immediately. Data deletion is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The platform uses third-party AI to extract structured profiles, generate Career Intelligence reads, draft resumes and cover letters, and power your assistant. When the recruiter platform launches, AI will also generate match rankings and evaluation summaries. These outputs are probabilistic, may contain errors or omissions, and are provided as advisory and decision-support tools only - they do not constitute hiring, employment, or eligibility decisions and are not a guarantee of accuracy, fit, or outcome.
Recruiters and organizations remain solely responsible for their hiring decisions and for ensuring those decisions comply with all applicable laws, including anti-discrimination and equal-employment regulations. You agree to apply independent human judgment and not to rely on AI-generated outputs as the sole basis for any decision affecting an individual.
Candidates: outputs produced by Career Intelligence and other AI tools are guidance to inform your own decisions. Final responsibility for what you put on a resume, send in a cover letter, or share with anyone via your Passport rests with you.
Talent Agent is provided “as is.” We make no guarantees that the platform will result in employment outcomes for candidates or successful hires for recruiters. AI-generated outputs and (when available) match rankings are intended to assist - not replace - human judgment in the hiring process.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Talent Agent is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
We may update these Terms of Use as the platform evolves. When we make material changes - including when the recruiter-side platform goes live - we will notify users via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
